Welcome...

We are always in some form of transition—and transformation: personal, professional, relational, spiritual, social, political. Knowing this is one thing but being able to see it (and ourselves) with perspective and hope is yet another. If we are able to stay open to learning, we can soften our conditioned patterns of self-protection. We need compassion, courage, grace, and the certainty that we are not alone in any of it.

I am Gail Warner...

and for more than fifty years I have walked alongside others in journeys of transformation—as a psychotherapist, a retreat leader, a community builder, a creative, a poet, and more. It remains my deepest passion; it is the work I am privileged to do.

Over the years I've used Rilke's poem, The Guest House, as a metaphor for learning to welcome awareness of all the parts of who we are.  Learning to observe our own feelings and the feelings of others, understanding of the tangles we all get caught in, will help us navigate life.

I offer classes and workshops on a myriad of topics.

If you don't know me, thanks for checking this site out.  Explore upcoming offerings and take time to listen to or watch a poem or a video clip.  My desire is to create safe spaces for inner reflection and sharing, so each person can have room to engage and grow.
